This basket was made for Join, Assemble, Hold with the New Craftsmen as part of the London Design Festival in 2023. The basket takes its inspiration from the forces in nature and describes direction and movement.

All the materials for this piece have been harvested and prepared by the artist working closely with small woodland owners and in line with their management plans. These activities are helping to revert plantation back to native deciduous woodlands through natural regeneration and selected planting.
